The Tour de France known worldwide as “Le Tour de France” and considered the most important and professional cycling race in the world. It consists of a round of stages on the road disputed along the French geography, which belongs to the UCI WorldTour calendar, the highest category of professional careers.
The first Tour was in 1903 and after many years of success, San Carlos, Nuevo Guaymas will be the venue of this important Cyclist World Championship meeting on November 30th of this year where the fifth stage of cycling will take place.
Last July, the 106th Tour de France edition took place between July 6 and 28 of 2019 over a total distance of 3460 kilometers spread over 21 stages starting in the city from Brussels, Belgium, followed by two stages in that country, and the remaining 18 stages in French territory to finish in the traditional circuit by the Champs Elysees in Paris. Twenty-two teams took part in the race, of which attend eighteen teams of UCI World Tour 2019 category and four teams of Continental Professional category wereinvited by the organization who make up a squad of 176 cyclists of which 155 finished.
